Dear Parents and Guardians, (All classes)
In light of recent developments in West Bengal, where Nipah virus cases have been identified and authorities have issued a health alert, we request everyone to stay informed and cautious.
✔️ The Health authorities are conducting extensive surveillance, contact tracing, and preventive measures to control any spread.
What you should know:
The Nipah virus is a serious zoonotic infection (transmitted from animals like bats) that can also spread through close contact with infected individuals. It can cause fever, respiratory symptoms, and severe neurological effects in some cases. While it’s a serious health concern, early detection and precautions reduce risks significantly.
Precautionary Measures (Stay Safe):
✅ Wash hands frequently with soap and water or use sanitizer.
✅ Avoid close contact with anyone showing symptoms of fever, cough, or unusual illness.
✅ Do not consume raw date palm sap or fruits that may have signs of bat contamination.

Dear Parents/Guardians,
We are pleased to inform you that the Annual Sports Day (2025–26) for LKG to Std. IV will be held on 10th January 2026 (Saturday). Kindly ensure the active
participation of your ward on the said day.
Timings: Arrival: 8:00 a.m. Departure: 2:30 p.m.
Important Instructions:
During the Annual Sports Day, the format of competitions will vary according to events. Events marked as “DONE” will have Finals only, as the Heats have already been conducted. All other events will include both Heats and Finals on the same day.
The “Go As You Like”event will also be conducted. Parents who wish their ward to participate may submit the name on the day of the event. Students must wear their House Dress along with white shoes.
Students should carry their School Diary, light tiffin, and I-Card. After the conclusion of the Sports Day, guardians wishing to take their ward must produce their Parent’s I-Card. (No student will be allowed to leave without verification of the Parent’s I-Card.) Parents are requested to contact the transport staff of their ward’s allotted route to confirm the pickup and drop timings. Parents/Guardians are cordially invited to attend and encourage the children on Sports Day.
